A counter terrorist act, counter to WESTERN STATE TERRORISM, and its fascist foreign policies, are BOTH CRIMINAL ACTS, which required accounting by the courts to prosecute not only Al Quaida, BUT TO PROSECUTE THE FASCIST U.S. CRIMINALS BEFORE 9/11 AND ESPECIALLY AFTER 9/11 when they used this BLOWBACK, REICHSTAG MOMENT TO CO OPT INTO MORE FASCISM, MORE CRIMINALITY, MORE WARS AND MORE STATE TERRORISM.
The international courts are to blame for FAILING TO PROSECUTE US./NATO/ISRAELI FASCISTS, hence the endless co option, corruption, endless wars, to promote more WESTERN FASCISM, MILITARY BASES, FASCIST FOREIGN POLICIES.

Both Ralph Nader and Andrew Levine expose the DEVOLVING, DEGENERATING class parties into Fascism, totalitarianism, War and Generic corruption thus drawing a picture of how Western class republics, like the Weimar German republic, degenerated into FASCISM. When Obama and Mitt Rommney BOTH SALUTE FASCIST ZIONISM, they are saluting also Western Fascism, Fascist U.S. Empire and its FASCIST NATO. When the Western world repeats the same FASCIST OUTCOME, twice, creating a WARSAW GHETTO of Palestinians, by Western Fascists, it becomes an international Western WAR CRIME committed by many nations, especially AMERIKAN/ISRAELI FASCISTS. NEVER AGAIN??? Hardly, THE WEST SAYS EVER AGAIN TO ITS FASCISM:

In both countries, the left is a shell and the center is spineless and insipid. Meanwhile, the right is not just mindless but also dangerously full of what William ButlerYeats called “passionate intensity.”
Therefore the irrational could come to pass. It isn’t likely because the consequences would be so catastrophic, but it isn’t impossible either.
